as tu dans le fichier de phpmyadmin /config.inc.php

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'config';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'root';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = 'ton-mot-de-passe';
